Wasn't really sure what we wanted trolled internet for weeks and... confused about memory foam mattresses and how long or how good they really are, popped into bed centre B/H Monday staff we're extremely helpful asked what we were looking for and any special issues talked about all different types of mattresses and left us to try one's she suggested out, ie lye on them see how they felt, if we needed any further help just ask, amazing not to be followed about and questioned all the time, we decided on the one for us, she suggested we gave it a day or two before we made decision and call back and try them again which we did and that was it, mattress arrives next week brilliant oh and we had the 0% interest deal which is a real winner. Many thanks to all at the Bed Centre and if the owner reads this your staff are excellent , friendly/knowledgeable/ and a pleasure to deal with.read more

Great service from start to finish. Really helpful at store. ... Communicated with me as to the status of the order. The Delivery Team were cheerful, helpful and respectful in terms of protecting furnishings when getting the bed to the first floor. So often now when we have deliveries the people are irritable and unhelpful, largely I think because they have to many calls in a day. These guys were exactly the opposite and proved that being efficient doesn't mean that you can't be pleasant. We all need a bit of cheer so thanks for that! And to top it all the bed and mattress are both great.read more

I have purchased two items during the past 6 months from The Bed... Centre.Last year I ordered a bed for my daughter, she had problems with her bed a week later when she moved. the problem being she had assembled it incorrectly. The Bed Centre were fabulous, they came out and rectified the problem when they didn't have to. The service from ordering, to delivery, and helping rectify the problem was fabulous. She is now really happy with her bed and we are too as we paid for it so relieved our money wasn't wasted!We chose to use the Bed Centre again this week by purchasing a new mattress for our bed. We received great advice on the type of mattress to purchase for our Super King bed. Purchased a small double bed in the Christmas sale from The Bed... Centre. Advice given in store was very good and delivery was promised for 3-4 weeks but it actually arrived within 2 weeks which was great. Doorstep delivery was provided promptly and we had no problems setting up the bed which we are very happy with - the quality is very good.
