Delivery

In-stock items, free next-day delivery is available to anyone within 30 miles of our warehouse in B77 5BZ.

Deliveries outside this area are charged at a minimum of £50 (subject to approval from The Bed Centre (Tamworth) Ltd.

All deliveries will be delivered to your door unless you have requested bedroom delivery. We will also remove your old bed or mattress, as well as assemble any items if requested when ordering.

Any re-delivery that is required due to no one being present at the delivery address for their scheduled time slot will incur a re-delivery charge of up to £100, depending on the item(s).

Returns and Cancellations

With the exception of shop-soiled ex-display models and specially made orders such as custom sizes, you have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

If the purchased product has been removed from its original packaging, your right to cancel is null and void.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us at The Bed Centre Tamworth Ltd, Unit 7 Forties, Wilnecote, Tamworth, B77 5BZ, Telephone: 01827 284830, E-mail: hello@thebedcentre.net in writing The Bed Centre Tamworth Ltd, Unit 7 Forties, Wilnecote, Tamworth, B77 5BZ (e.g. a letter sent by post, e-mail).

To meet the cancellation deadline, send your communication regarding your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period expires.

Cancellation effects – If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the supplementary costs arising if you choose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us). If the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you, we may deduct the value of the goods supplied from the reimbursement. We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than (a) 14 days after we receive back from you any goods supplied, or (b) (if earlier) 14 days after you provide evidence that you have returned the goods, or (c) if no goods were supplied, 14 days after we are informed of your decision to cancel this contract. Unless you have expressly agreed otherwise, we will make the reimbursement using the same method of payment that you used for the initial transaction; in any case, you will not be charged any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods back or you provide evidence of having returned the goods, whichever comes first.

You must return the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and, in any case, within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation of this contract. If you return the goods before the 14-day period expires, you have met the deadline.

You will be responsible for the direct cost of returning the items. For goods that cannot be returned by post due to their nature, the cost is estimated to be around £100.
